The adventure starts here! ROAM have a passion for the water and like nothing more than to immerse their clients in the world of water around them and what better way to do that than to break out the water toys!
ROAM Boats has been developed in collaboration with a well-reputed team of Naval architects and designers to offer the utmost expedition and adventure vessels. Every boat is tailored to the individual
client requirements making each one totally unique.
ROAM tenders have been designed with every kind of water sport imaginable in mind. Who doesn’t like to break away from the busy, high tech world around us and be at one with nature and what better way to do that than on a SUP or a kayak, both of which can be stowed on the ROAM 8 or ROAM 10’s custom T-Top rack. Perhaps a bit of wakeboarding, water skiing or towable fun is on the agenda? No problem, ROAM tenders offer ample performance and the perfect social space. If you fancy a bit of underwater fun then ROAM tenders not only offer you easy access to water with their open deck design and open transom design but they can carry a full set of dive tanks for 12 guests for some serious reef diving. Or you can break out the Seabobs and snorkels for some surface exploration, all of which has its own dedicated storage and charging facilities on board.
Having fun on the water is all well and good but at the end of a long day you need the reassurance that you can get back home quickly and safely. With ROAM tenders you will be ready for anything! The boats have been designed to provide safe, comfortable, dry and fast experience in the harshest of conditions, whilst being elegantly styled and finished to offer the perfect combination of luxury and performance. The tenders offer a deep V hull and well protected seating.
The ROAM Boats range currently includes a series of smaller, 4.5 – 6m fully inflatable outboard ribs, the ROAM Inflatable Landing Craft, a D rib range from 8 – 10m and the ultimate toy carrier – the 24m or 27m ROAM SHADOW.
ROAM SHADOW is available as 24 or 27 metres and is conceived as the ultimate toy carrier. This is specifically designed to be a second yacht and prioritises functionality to support a main yacht with immense storage capacity, a high speed (up to 27 knots) and only crew accommodation. It is value driven and offers owners a very cost-effective way to not need to limit tenders, toys and submersibles to ones that can only be carried on their main yacht. All are specifically designed and engineered for the superyacht market. The vessel has a vast open deck with crane plus a fully enclosed indoor hangar storage which can also convert into a gym, spa and wellness centre. This is the world’s first turnkey solution that provides the yacht, all equipment, tenders, chocks, cradles, fendering and more all under one package with a single manufacturer. This ensures cost savings for the owner combined with seamless control during the manufacturing process to ensure everything fits and works as it should without issues.
With offices and facilities in the UK, Monaco and Serbia we have a significant team of in-house designers, engineers, technicians, and craftsmen, specialising in these vessels from concept to complete production.
Our vessels are designed from the ground up with yacht crew and owners in mind providing unrivalled accommodation, functionality, performance, styling and value.
When it comes to larger boat production, ROAM Boats is partnered with local, Dutch owned, shipyard – Vahali. They have been selected for the aluminium works on vessels over 24 metres, specifically handling the ROAM SHADOW builds. They have more than 96 years of experience and have an enviable reputation for quality and value in the commercial and cruise industry.
Josh Richardson, CEO of ROAM reveals, “There is no comparable set of vessels designed for the adventurous owner who wishes to go off the beaten track and explore. Whatever the weather, wherever it is being used there is no better tender or yacht support vessel for delivering the adventure.”
