MARINA DI VALLETTA
Marina di Valletta was born through the initiative of a consortium of foreign and local investors. It was launched in August 2016, with an investment of €7.45m. This was formed with MARINA DI VARAZZE S.r.l, the marina development division of Azimut|Benetti Group, which already operates marinas in Varazze, Viareggio, Livorno and Moscow. The consortium also includes Azimut|Benetti’s representatives in Malta, Esprit Yachting together with Arrigo Group of Hotels, Joinwell and Tal-Maghtab Construction, all leading local companies from the yachting, hospitality, and construction industries whose names are synonymous with sound traditional values and expertise in their respective fields. Marina di Valletta’s in-house team offers services to yacht owners berthing at the marina. A concierge service will offer services such as guarding, fuelling and yacht provisions. The Marina has further strengthened its services by partnering with other like-minded service providers who provide the clients with the highest standards of service.

Founded in 1976, by the late Roland Darmanin Kissaun, S&D Yachts Limited is a family business managed by Peter Fiorini Lowell and Mark Darmanin Kissaun.
