TEAKDECKING SYSTEMS
Mind the Gap! No, not the London Underground, but the 3 to 10mm caulk-filled gap between teak planks. These narrow seams are critical expansion and contraction joints that must move and flex with the vessel while keeping the deck watertight. Caulking adheres to teak plank sidewalls and remains elastic. It must be temperature-resistant for all weather conditions and resistant to chemicals and UV degradation. After sanding, caulking must maintain a first-class appearance. Teakdecking Systems SIS 440 Teak Deck Caulking is industry-leading with a proprietary formulation, installed globally on more than 50,000 decks. Proper seam preparation, application techniques, and procedures are available in a 16-page guide: www.teakdecking. com/caulk/

HEINEN & HOPMAN
Heinen & Hopman knows your vessel or structure is an investment in creating a perfect way of spending your rare spare time in life. The air conditioning system has a great impact on the ambience and comfort on board. When stepping indoors, you expect to chill out in an area with the right temperature and humidity level. This is why Heinen & Hopman have introduced 24/7 service contracts.
The 24/7 service contracts come in three different levels of service. However, each contract guarantees 24/7 availability: the dedicated emergency service desk will be available to answer your questions, find the bugs or errors and get the systems up and running once again.
