Compass Tenders’ chase tender model has been strategically conceived to serve motoryachts of sub 80 metres, though a mothership of any size may choose to operate one. The Compass Chase Tender is a complementary tender concept that extends the mothership’s operational ability, accommodation capacity and supports time spent away from the mothership.

Highlights of the design include folding bulwarks for expanded deck space and easy access to/from the water, an articulated swim and boarding platform, height-adjustable tables, two cabins in double and twin configuration, full galley and a day head with shower unit. Modular sun pads make for a versatile seating arrangement, and there’s concealed storage for SeaBobs and equipment.
Compass offer the chase tender with inboard or outboard propulsion, but recommend an inboard engine with waterjets for added usability in shallow waters, and to better facilitate towing of the tender, if needed. The cabin interior can be fully customised, and the company is pleased to collaborate with a client’s interior designer.
