The company is led by CEO and Director Mark Pascoe, a distinguished figure in the superyacht tender industry. His expertise is complemented by Director Dean Stoneman, known for his accomplishments in motor racing, including the 2010 FIA F2 championship and the 2020 Lamborghini Super Trofeo Championship. Falcon Tenders operates from a 2,300-square-meter custom composites manufacturing facility in Southampton. The highly skilled workforce boasts a combined experience of 150 years in traditional shipbuilding, having contributed to hundreds of tenders for some of the world’s most impressive superyachts. The company’s name is inspired by Pascoe’s involvement in building two custom tenders for the iconic sailing yacht Maltese Falcon in 2005.
