AMICO & Co

REFIT ALCHEMY
Amico & Co is one of the few true refit and repair centres catering for superyachts, with its own in-house departments

Based in the historical naval city of Genoa on the beautiful Ligurian coast, the facility provides a full range of services including full paint jobs, significant yacht conversions or complex lengthening projects.

The yard accommodates various types of vessels, also specialising in classic yachts where particular care and expertise are required.

The shipyard can count on a combination of its own in-house experienced work departments and cutting edge large yacht facilities including a 4000T ShipLift and a 102m internal covered dry-dock as well as multiple permanent covered paint hangars. The shipyard also has a keel pit available for works on swinging keels on sailing and racing yachts.

The continued growth of Amico & Co has resulted in the company being widely recognised as a leader in the yacht refit and repair sector, working with vessels from 30 to 140m LOA. Drydocking is available inside the yard for vessels of up to 102m in covered sheds inside the shipyard whilst larger projects can use further suitable dry-docks in Genoa port.

The yard is known for its high quality standards and the speed with which it can perform works, factors that have generated a consistent growth in the company’s reputation and an ever-increasing percentage of repeat clients and yachts.

AMICO & CoAmico & Co can offer multiple docking solutions, using its 4000T ShipLift for vessels up to 95m and its 835T and 320T travel lifts, as well as a large internal technical marina and a crew-friendly berthing facility, the Waterfront Marina, which has 26 superyacht moorings up to 120m, extensive crew amenities and onsite concierge.
