MARITRACE Mercury

MARITRACE
Mercury is a secure, discreet vessel-tracking solution that privately overcomes AIS
dark spots. While vessels can go unseen for hours by terrestrial or satellite AIS, Mercury delivers minute-by-minute positional updates. The device works even when a vessel’s AIS transponder is switched of, ensuring your vessel remains visible to your team on shore when it matters most. Installation can take less than 30 minutes, with no additional antennas or sensors required. Mercury’s secure transmissions are only visible to authorised users, improving operational oversight, compliance reporting, and confidence for insurers and stakeholders. Mercury comes with access to the MariTrace platform, providing real-time tracking and historical data for informed decision-making. www.maritrace.com

SEA.AI

SEA.AI
Winner of the Cannes Yachting Festival Innovation Prize, Watchkeeper by SEA.AI sets a new benchmark for onboard situational awareness. Using maritime-tuned computer vision and AI, it continuously monitors the yacht’s surroundings to detect, classify and alert crews to objects, even under challenging visibility. Designed for seamless bridge integration, Watchkeeper acts as an always-on ‘digital lookout’, enhancing safety and reducing fatigue. SEA.AI detects and classifies objects, including those that escape conventional systems such as Radar or AIS: unsignalled craft, floating obstacles, buoys and persons over board. With over seven years devoted exclusively to maritime machine vision, SEA.AI is a leader in its field.

HATTELAND TECHNOLOGY
The monitors that redefine the yacht bridge. Yachts are no longer admired only for their grand exteriors or lavish communal areas. Nowadays, designers pay plenty of attention to the wheelhouse, too. A key catalyst for this development has been the introduction of marine-approved, large-size touchscreens. They enable designers to migrate from conventional consoles to sleek glass-bridge solutions. Mr. Mehdi Bounoua, Sales Director EMEA at Hatteland Technology, has worked with system integrators in the yacht market for more than 15 years. He confirms there has been a shift in what owners and mariners request. “Yacht consoles used to look a bit cumbersome, some even a bit industrial. But over the last 15 years, aesthetics and user experience have become major considerations. They want the biggest screens possible, slim design, touch operation, and interconnection with all systems. That trend will only continue,” he asserts. www.hattelandtechnology.com
