The Monaco Yacht Show (MYS) is an annual international show dedicated to the world of superyachts.
Inaugurated in 1991, the show is held over four days in late September in the Port Hercule of Monaco.
The MYS is divided into two main exhibition areas: afloat and on the quayside. Afloat, 118 superyachts and +50 luxury tenders are displayed by the most renowned builders and brokers in the market.
530 hand-picked companies, representing excellence and innovation in yachting, exhibit on the quayside: designers and naval architects, yacht suppliers and service providers or manufacturers of tenders and nautical gadgets.
In recent years, the show has extended its exhibition offer to the ultra-high-end markets intrinsically linked to the art of living superyachting by showcasing luxury products, cars and motorcycles and also helicopters or private jet manufacturers.
The Monaco Yacht Show is world-renowned for the exceptional quality of its superyachts and their impressive length: among the +100 units on display, +40 new models are unveiled as world premieres each year. The fleet has an average length of 50m and mega yachts exceeding 100m.
The show has become an emblematic event for private visitors who come to discover an outstanding concentration of superyachts available for purchase or charter and to meet the industry experts in the festive and glamorous atmosphere of the Principality of Monaco.

Three Honourees for The Honours 2024 Judged and Set
Amsterdam, 17 May 2024 – As anticipation builds for the upcoming 2024 Honours ceremony on September 24th, preceding the Monaco Yacht Show, the evaluation process has drawn to a close and three Honourees have been selected.
Envisioned as a tribute to the individuals who exemplify the character of the superyachting world, The Honours, presented by The Superyacht Life Foundation in collaboration with the Monaco Yacht Show, aims to spotlight those who have significantly influenced or propelled the industry and society towards a more conscientious, sustainable, and compassionate future. Following an extensive review of over 289 nominations from various stakeholders within and beyond the superyacht realm, prospective candidates underwent rigorous scrutiny, ultimately resulting in a shortlist of 15 individuals for evaluation by an esteemed panel of industry insiders.
On May 13th, the judging panel convened at the Royale Industrieele Groote Club in Amsterdam. Led by Tony Harris, Superyacht Industry Ambassador at Informa Markets, the committee comprises a distinguished cohort representing diverse sectors within the industry. Notable figures include yacht designer Espen Øino, Jonathan Beckett (CEO of Burgess), Farouk Nefzi (CMO at Feadship), Merijn de Waard (Founder of Superyacht Times), Jeroen Sirag (Marketing Director at Royal Huisman), and Francesca Fenucci (CCO at BWA Yachting), all lending their expertise to the deliberation process for the second year in a row.
Candidates were evaluated across a spectrum of criteria encompassing their professional achievements, community engagement, philanthropic endeavours, leadership prowess, innovative contributions, and personal integrity.
Following extensive discourse, the panel reached a unanimous decision and identified three individuals whose impactful contributions have transcended the confines of the superyacht industry. The selected honourees underscore the profound influence made by the yachting community on a global scale,and will be publicly revealed this upcoming September at Monaco’s illustrious Salle des Etoiles.
