YOU’RE IN SAFE HANDS
Simon Roberts of Quadrant Group is proud to unveil a new chapter in its illustrious 40-year journey
After 40 years of unwavering commitment to growth, innovation, and excellence in service, Dominion Marine announced the launch of their new identity back in January of this year – Quadrant Group. Established in 1984 with its headquarters in the Isle of Man, the Group has experienced organic year- on-year growth, propelling the company to new heights.
Quadrant Group provides a diverse range of solutions to over 100 of the world’s most prestigious superyachts, including corporate ownership, crew employment and payroll, importation in to the EU and intricate VAT planning.
This milestone came on the heels of a successful management buy-out in September 2022 and reflects the company’s dedication to both the journey and the destination.
Managing Director at Quadrant Group Simon Roberts commented, “The management buy-out from the previous owner back in 2022 and the decision to remain a private company was absolutely pivotal to the future success of the business. There continues to be fewer corporate service providers in the superyacht industry that have steered away from private equity partnerships and remained under true private ownership. This independence has enabled us to prioritise our long term goals over short-term gains which in turn allows us to focus on building authentic relationships with current and future business partners in the industry, whilst cultivating sustainable growth for the long term.”
The rebranding to Quadrant Group represents a pivotal moment in the company’s history, signifying its continued evolution and steadfast commitment to meeting the needs of its clients. The new name, brand and online presence have been meticulously crafted with clients in mind, showcasing Quadrant Group’s dedication to providing top-tier service in the luxury asset management industry. The rebranding effort, undertaken by their dedicated team, reflects their commitment to staying at the forefront of innovation and meeting the evolving demands of their clients.
On this point, Simon further commented, “We continuously strive to exceed our clients’ expectations and this dedication to innovate ensures that we can continue to provide bespoke solutions and unparalleled service, solidifying our position as trusted advisors in what is becoming an increasingly dynamic and competitive industry. The opening of our new office in Grand Cayman earlier this year is an indication of such innovation. This now provides potential clients, advisors and yacht managers with the choice of using our Isle of Man, Malta or Cayman Islands services under the one roof, which in turn reduces the costs of using agents and streamlines the services we can provide.”
Looking ahead, Quadrant Group is poised to expand its global footprint and team. With current operations in the Isle of Man, Malta, Jersey, and most recently, the Cayman Islands, the company is strategically positioned to serve clients worldwide. As seasoned service providers to the superyacht industry, Quadrant Group takes pride in its large team of dedicated specialists who have expanded their expertise beyond the marine realm into additional areas of luxury asset management.
“It’s often said that the journey is more important than the destination, but we’ve always been firmly invested in both. The rebranding to Quadrant Group is not just a change in name; it’s a celebration of our 40-year journey and a continued reflection of our commitment to growth, innovation and ultimately our clients,” said Simon.
Quadrant Group invites clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to explore its new identity and online presence. The company looks forward to the continued support of its global network as it embarks on this exciting new chapter.
